CLC Auction Services is a full auction service company. I, Lee Cannedy am licensed by the State of Texas and I am in good standings with the Texas Auctioneer Board. We have many letters from customers that we have conducted auctions for in the past that recommend our auction services.

We are more than just fast talk…We work for you the customer…We depend on word of mouth. Therefore we work very hard to make sure every step of an auction is done right.

As an auctioneer I have been trained by one of the best auction schools around, Missouri Auction School. I attend yearly updated auction courses so I can stay up to date on all rules and regulations that regulate the auction business.

My good friend Jerry Simpson (Jabo) has worked many of and all kinds of auctions. His experience is greatly appreciated.

My good friend James White has been in the auction business for many years and is a excellent ringman.
 
My dad is a licensed auctioneer and works with me as well. His experience is greatly appreciated. He has played an important role in helping me succeed in life. With his many years of business experience I have watched him grow and succeed and have done my best to pattern myself after him. He has always been a hard working person and has always treated everyone with the upmost respect.

I handle all advertisements for classified papers myself. I print all auction fliers for hang up in store windows, for store counters & direct mail. I also take care of my own email list.

I have ring men that are experienced in spotting bids & knowing the value of the merchandise being sold. I have a very good and experienced auction clerk. I have two very good cashiers that register buyers, take in the money and keep up with the paper work on auction day. We are now computerized, giving you the customer a much better service.

I have a very good set up crew and load out crew that I personally over see during setup and make ready. I also have a loader for loading or unloading merchandise.

I settle within 5 business days and sometimes on the same day of auction. I give you a copy of all paper work necessary. We handle all monies including any bad checks if any. When its over we are able to look you in the face and shake hands knowing we did the best job that could be done.

Auction marketing is the single most important step of the process if the auction is to be successful. Years of expertise in advertising and publication are a significant part of my success. My marketing strategy includes advertising and promotion ranging from newspaper ads to direct mail brochures, my website and my large email list. I believe that a properly advertised and promoted auction insures that fair market value is reached for my clients through competitive bidding. I understand the importance of using a variety of advertising methods and know what it takes to get a good crowd turn out and willing and able buyers.

Planning.....
Extensive planning is utilized to eliminate problems from arising. The planning process provides for those "Terms & Conditions" which govern the auction, payment methods, transfer of title, bill of sale, the time and place of pick-up and other details that must be coordinated before the auction.

Displaying Auction Items.....
Personal property is not only sold on location but can be moved to centrally located sites. My staff and I take a great deal of time to display, arrange and highlight auction items.
