Hello I am Lee Cannedy owner of CLC Auction Services. We are a full service auction company. We are licensed and bonded by the State of Texas and we are in good standing with the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation.
We have the experience and insight on what it takes to make your auction a successful one

We work very hard to get you the most money for your merchandise.
We are more than just fast talk…We work for you the customer…We depend on word of mouth. Therefore we work very hard to make sure every step of an auction is done right.
As an auctioneer I have been trained by one of the best auction schools around, Missouri Auction School. I attend yearly updated auction courses so I can stay up to date on all rules and regulations that regulate the auction business.
We handle all advertisements for news papers. We print our own auction fliers for hang up in store windows, for store counters & we have a large direct mail list as well as a large email list that we send out auction notifications to.
We have ring men that are experienced in spotting bids & knowing the value of the merchandise being sold. We have a very good and experienced auction clerk and cashier that registers buyers, takes in the money and keeps up with paper work on auction day.
We are computerized, giving you the customer a much better service.
We have a very good set up crew and load out crew that I personally over see during setup and make ready. We also have a loader for loading or unloading merchandise.
We settle within 5 to 15 business days and sometimes on the same day of the auction.
We give you a copy of all paper work necessary. (List of all items sold and what each item brought)
When the auction is over we are able to look you in the eye & shake hands knowing we did the best job that could be done.

Auction marketing is the single most important step of the process if the auction is to be successful. Years of expertise in advertising and publication are a significant part of my success. My marketing strategy includes advertising and promotion ranging from internet ads, newspaper ads, our website, brouchures we personally hand out or put in stores, to direct mail brochures and our large email list. I believe that a properly advertised and promoted auction insures that fair market value is reached for my clients through competitive bidding. I understand the importance of using a variety of advertising methods and know what it takes to get a good crowd turn out and willing and able buyers.
Extensive planning is utilized to eliminate problems from arising. The planning process provides for those "Terms & Conditions" which govern the auction, payment methods, transfer of title, bill of sale, the time and place of pick-up and other details that must be coordinated before the auction.
Displaying Auction Items.....
Personal property is not only sold on location but can also be moved to our centrally located site. My staff and I take a great deal of time to display, arrange and highlight auction items. That careful presentation coupled with the knowledge of product value are, without question, major factors in our continued high attendance and sales.
