TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ALL AUCTIONS

Attention Buyers : Any purchases left on the auction premises after 15 days will become property of the auction company and will be disposed of at the owners expense.
Attention Sellers :
If your item does not sell in the first or second time at our regular consignment auction you will need to pick it up or we will sell it absolute without reserve in the third auction with out any given notice.
To participate in this auction you must register with this auction company. You must present a valid drivers license upon registration to obtain a bidders card. Please note when you register to participate in this auction you are in full agreement to and understand all terms and conditions. The auction will start promptly at 9:AM. Doors will open at 8:00AM. Come early and get registered and inspect items of interest.
All Sales are Final.
Your bid is a contract and is legally binding. You are responsible for payment of all items purchased with your bidder card number or name. All items are sold one time to the highest bidder unless we have a tied bid then we will reopen the bid between the tied party only and the auctioneers man will be favored. By law, when the auctioneer says "Sold," the item becomes the property and responsibility of the bidder. At that time, the bidder is wholly responsible for the item. Again, the Auction Company assumes no responsibility for loss or theft, and it is the responsibility of the bidder to pay for the item regardless of loss or theft.
There is no warranty whatsoever on any item.
All bidders are encouraged to inspect all items prior to the auction. CLC Auction Services is acting as an agent for the seller only. Every item is sold as is and with all known faults and unknown faults.
All sales are subject to sales tax. Dealers must
provide copiy of state issued tax exemption certificate at auction time, or will be subject to pay the sales tax. Refunds, on sales tax, will be made if the proper certificates are forwarded to the Auction Company Office within 2 business days.
Cash or Check (Business or Personal) will be accepted, only
with a bank letter of guarantee. Letter will need to be on the banks stationary with the banks letter head.
Letter will need to read,

Banks Namewill guarantee this customers payment by check Customers Full Name, Account # and Check #up to “Money Amount to purchase an item or items at auction on Dateconducted by CLC Auction Services. Check will not be stopped for any reason as the Bank and customer understand that this is an auction and the auction company is not able to give any kind of warranty or guarantee and that it is the customers responsibility to inspect items carefully before bidding and buying. Print Name of & Signature by Bank” “Address, Phone Number & Date”.

We reserve the right to reject any and all checks without a bank letter. We must also have a Valid Drivers License accompany the check. Bad checks will be immediately turned over to the prosecutor for collection with penalties allowed by law.
We accept Visa & MasterCard. There will be a 4% buyers fee for all credit card transactions. Have a photo ID available for credit purchases. Some times the store doesn't have a phone line available
so call ahead to verify credit card payment availability or be prepared to purchase your items with cash or check with Bank Letter.
All debts must be settled within 30 minutes
of the conclusion of the auction. We ask that you not expect to be checked out until after 11:AM and it will take approximately 30 to 45 minutes after you buy an item for the clerk ticket to arrive in the office. Please be patient.
All items must be removed from the premises by times given. Loading is available on sale day till 6:PM, Sunday 1:PM till 4:PM and on Monday 9:AM till 5:PM. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Try to remove all your items as soon as you can. Bring boxes for smaller items so you can keep up with them better. Do not take anything that doesn't belong to you. You are more than welcome to begin disassembling your items at any time. But, you must pay for your items prior to removing them from the premises. No Exceptions!

The auction company is not responsible for any accidents
or injuries that may occur while on or off the premises. Any one attending the auction agrees that they enter at their own risk. You the parents and guardians are responsible for your own children and we ask that you keep them near you at all times.
Announcements made sale day take precedence over all printed material.
Auctioneers decisions are final. All bidders, buyers and anyone attending the auction agree to these terms and conditions of this auction and any other auction conducted by this auction company.
